1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoloGeek ("Company", "we", "us", "our"),
an Indian company operating OpenMultiTTS ("Service", "Platform"). By accessing or using OpenMultiTTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
OpenMultiTTS is a unified text-to-speech platform that provides access to multiple TTS providers through a single API interface.
We act as a reseller and aggregator of TTS services from third-party providers including:
- Amazon Polly
- ElevenLabs
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech
- Microsoft Azure Speech Services
- OpenAI Text-to-Speech
- Other integrated TTS providers
We do not own or operate the underlying TTS engines. We provide a convenient interface to access multiple providers
from a single platform.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user or organization; multiple accounts require prior approval
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
- We offer various subscription tiers with different credit allocations and features
- Pricing is available in USD and INR
- Billing cycles are monthly or yearly as per your selection
- Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
4.2 Credits System
- API usage is measured in credits
- Credits are consumed based on character count and selected TTS engine
- Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing period (non-rollover)
- Additional credits can be purchased as needed
4.3 Payment Terms
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods, except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful purposes including:
- Creating voiceovers for videos, podcasts, and multimedia content
- Developing accessibility features for applications
- Building voice assistants and conversational interfaces
- Generating audio content for education and training
- Other legitimate commercial or personal uses
5.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Create deepfakes or impersonate individuals without consent
- Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Disseminate malware, spam, or malicious content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our API logic
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
- Bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Use automated means to create fake accounts or abuse trial offers
6. API Usage and Limitations
- API rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
- Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling
- You must use API keys securely and not share them publicly
- You are responsible for all API calls made with your credentials
- We reserve the right to implement usage caps to ensure fair access
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- OpenMultiTTS platform, API, documentation, and branding are owned by SoloGeek
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Service
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission
7.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of text inputs you submit to the Service
- You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the Service
- Generated audio outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying TTS provider
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you submit
8. Third-Party Services
As a reseller platform, we rely on third-party TTS providers. Important considerations:
- Each TTS provider has their own terms of service and usage policies
- You agree to comply with the terms of the providers you use through our platform
- Service availability depends on the uptime of third-party providers
- Audio quality and voice availability are determined by the providers
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Enterprise customers may have specific SLA guarantees as per their agreement
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT GENERATED USING OUR SERVICE
- YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoloGeek, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms,
or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for the remaining period after cancellation
12.2 By Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- We may terminate the Service with 30 days notice
- Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in [City, State], India. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or
prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
